At American Fuels and American Fuels Service, our emergency services are defined as: no heat, no hot water, oil leaks, or odors. If non-emergency services are provided on nights, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, the customer agrees to pay a per-call charge based on our current after-hour rate.
